Refund policy

At R.A.C.E. (Respect All Creatures Equal®), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you need to request a return, please email us at contact.teamrace@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Return Policy

To be eligible for a return:

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Items must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage.
• Original tags (if applicable) must still be attached.

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Final sale items
• Gift cards

Once your return is received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
